1. Refund Eligibility
1.1 Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • The service was not delivered as per the agreed terms outlined in the contract or invoice.
  • A technical issue from our side has caused the service to be unusable.
  • A formal refund request is submitted within 7 days of the service completion or delivery date.

1.2 Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Change of mind after the commencement of the service.
  • Delays caused by the client’s failure to provide necessary information or approvals.
  • Completed and approved design, advertising, or software solutions.

2. Refund Process
2.1 To initiate a refund, clients must:

  • Provide a detailed description of the issue, along with any supporting documents or evidence.

2.2 Once the request is received, our team will:

  • Acknowledge the request within 2 business days.
  • Review the request and respond with a resolution within 7 business days.
  • Process eligible refunds to the original payment method within 14 business days.

3. Returns Policy
3.1 As all our services are digital and intangible, returns are not applicable.


4. Exceptions
4.1 No refunds or returns will be provided for:

  • Projects delayed or abandoned due to client inaction or unresponsiveness.
  • Services provided as part of discounted or promotional offers.
